So I ended up buying an entire speedometer cluster on eBay for about $50…It ended up being in better shape than mine except for a crack around the key hole. Mine had a bad crack thru the oil/tail/neutral/highbeam indicators. So I put a dab o’epoxy around the keyhole and clamped it down overnight. I think it turned out all right, and now I’ll know what gear I’m in! I might know how much fuel I got too, we’ll see how well the sending unit works once I put a full tank’s worth of gas in.
